But you need to realize that management changes (extensions & price reductions) are somewhat common with warrents. One of several reasons
I don't trade warrents since the value is elusive. Scott

I was glad for the extension because it provided a trade: bought @ 1/16 in May & sold yesterday @ 5/16. I am still holding some B's and will buy more when the dust settles. This consoles me little since the A warrants "ate my lunch" and some of my TRIBY I bought in the booming $5 to $6 range.

What are the possibilities of Uni-Gold HIV approval before the new warrant expiration date?

It seems warrant expiration extensions & other term modifications are more of the rule than the exception. I was surprised the A's were not extended. I appreciated management making the "no extensions" CLEAR on the A's. I was then clear on the risks. I do not recall them saying the same for the B's. Most likely if those holding the warrants speak loud enough or management feels they could use the cash for some purpose then there may be term changes.

So why the extension? Who are the holders? What would the cash be for? Will there be an event before the new expiration?

All IMHO, Ted
