TACS has committed to sell $250,000 of ALYA components annually. ALYA has also shipped components for a 25 door system for the first "completely integrated building" in Norway. ALYA's strategy is to market an open system that is interoperable with other control systems so that ALYA's product line can be part of a complete building solution. This strategy led ALYA to choose TACS as one of its distributors. TACS installs and manages Control and Building Management Systems, HVAC and Industrial installations and is the leading integrating company in Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg) for LonWorks and LonMark devices in non-residential buildings using only LonMark compliant devices in order to have complete open systems. TACS currently offers, among other products, controllers from Swedish company TAC for HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning), Phillips' Helio lighting systems and now ALYA's O.P.E.N.centrix security systems. These systems are LonWorks compatible and thus interoperable. By becoming part of a complete building solution ALYA can access significantly larger markets than can other security companies. TACS is the Benelux exclusive distributor of the Swedish TAC Group. TAC is one of the world's four leading BMS (Building Management Systems) companies with a network of worldwide distributors.
