I called Merrill Lynch earlier, and they stated that no shares of YHOO are available to short. Anybody have any ideas why?

Mohan, (Did we tete-a-tete on Gateway last year?)

You find my weak spot. I really respect the guys at Motley Fools, but I'm still concerned with the expectations for earnings growth on this company since the model is muddied with corporate purchases and the one time charges.

I don't doubt that Yahoo is the leader in this market, only that the valuations are overdone at this point.
