Still hasn't shown up in any of my accounts even for MIDLP bought way way before 5-29.

I'd be expecting at least 1 out of 3 since it is showing up in peoples accounts at other brokerages, unless the other brokerages are crediting the account based on good delivery (shares will show up within 3 days).

I never said NASD (NAZ) changed anything NAz makes the xdate. Fisher changed the dividend to a split and Midland has honored it.

The original PR stated a dividend and it would issue restricted shares with a conversion date of Oct 1999. Theat was changed on May 29, to be implimented as a split. Regardless NAZ had not set a x dividend date so it does not matter whether is was a dividend or split until xdividend or x date if you sold you so the extra shares with the holdings you sold. That is the rules of the market. I do not make them I just follow and learn them.
