Hi Bruce, Funny you should mention IBM. I did an analysis of IBM - a 10 year AIM projection - back before the '93 whacking. The account was flush with cash, collected generous dividends and was (pre-split) cycling regularly between $100 and $150 for YEARS! Not a bad AIM stock that goes up 50% and falls 33% on a regular basis!!

I was unable at the time to convince the person that AIM was worth the "effort" and nothing was done to protect the investment when it fell about 60%. Well, you can lead a horse to water..........

Best regards, Tom
