>>Quarterdeck seems VERY similar to SWEBF to me.

QDEK has been thrashing around as a MSFT wannabe circa 1982 [with arguably the first and critically acclaimed windows operating system] and [fatally?] simply never got out of that mindset...pushed $40/share and now has over 55 million shares outstanding now trading at $US 0.63 [v. SWEBF @ 13 million shares and trading at $US 0.94]...again, it is our belief that SWEBF is more similar to (NASDAQ:CMGI) as we have consistently stated and attempted to justify on this thread...furthermore and of particular significance, QDEKs management team is no longer comprised with its founders whose CEO has also just resigned....whereas the founders of Alpha and SoftQuad, Inc. comprise the top management and Board positions whose networth's/estate's/management integrity and lifeblood are inextricably tied to SWEBF closing prices...SWEBFs [1997 dtd 21May 1998] report to shareholders would be a good place to begin understanding the differences @ softquadintl.com
