Michelle, since you appear very knowledgeable about the Database Apps business as well as supply chain management, I'll pose this to you. Wouldn't it make a great deal of sense for Oracle, with a flat apps business and a great sales force, to buy a company like Manu which has great product but is having trouble selling and executing? MANU is cheap. Even though you say ORCL is tight with ITWO, I don't think rupturing that relationship would be that serious in comparison to the benefits with moving in with MANU (which could simply take up where ITWO left off.) Conversely, ORCL buying out ITWO would be too expensive. Are there synergies here between supply chain management and DB Apps? What's the downside for ORCL?

All opinions welcome. Thanks.
