In fairness, as I mentioned earlier, the stock dividend is not dillutive, nor is it accretive. Its a zero sum game. If the stock was pecieved at a certain value, today's news should not have affected price in any way. What does hurt is when people hype the big news coming and it turns out to be of no importance. And to feel the necessity to try to pump up the price with meaningless releases is questionable. Why does Dror feel compelled to release this stuff? Possibly the lack of valuable news.
