Consider substituting the International Growth Fund from the same family as a second fund covering this broad international area - if you know what I mean in a vague sort of way :-)

Due to the delayed mail deliveries, the U.S. Postal Service has decided to raise the cost of a first class letter to $.33 starting January 1999. This one cent increase is to cover the increased costs they incur from mail storage while they hold sent mail a few days longer in transit. :-)
