Is FON still in a Bull Trap pattern? What do I look for to know its safe- or has entered a new pattern? A double top?

In reference to Japanese funds turning, do any of you know of closed
end funds which are Japan specific? I have an IRA in a regular
brokerage account and don't want to move money into one of the fund
families, such as Fido or Vanguard. If Japan does not crash I would
be very interested in being able to invest in a Japan fund.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks,
