With regard to Letter to Shareholders, MISM has announced several times that letters would be sent to shareholders, I have invested in this stock for more than eight months but have not got any letter from the company. Anyone out there got anything from the company directly?

Ned,

If those questions are important to you, call the IR firm.

The deals are legitimate in that I have talked to the two pretzel firms directly and gotten confirmation from both. The auto store deals I don't have direct confirmation and don't know how I would get it since neither firm has been identified. Speculation on the Fortune 500 company but I am SURE they would not be identified.

On selling stock, I know there was a private placement early this year and I understand most of that stock (if not all) has been sold by the parties (not the management) with whom the private placement was made. It would be surprising if Dan or Wilfred had sold any stock. I have not reason to think that either of them would have done that. Please call, Ned, and let us know what the response is and who the confirmation was made with.

I am NOT here to answer everyone's questions. Ask your own and find out the answers. I get the questions I need for my own DD.

The critical DD for the deals (most important) was verifying that Pretzelmaker had a deal with MISM. I verified that as well as the deal with Pretzel Twister.

Other information that you (and I) might like are NOT available to the public. MISM is a non-reporting OTC:BB company with pending deals.

If you want ALL that information, well you just CAN'T have it, Joe .... oops, I mean, NED.

If the deals close and are paid for we will know ALL is legitimate.

If they don't close, all investors are in trouble although the company is still a very real company.

Ned, what right to you have to DEMAND the type of information and format the company releases? Letters to shareholders are perfectly legitimate forms of communication. Unfortunately, as I have previously stated, Brokers don't send them along.

Internet released PR statements are useful to those on the internet. What about everyone else?

Are you a shareholder? If so, how long have you been one?
