TDFX Q3 Margins

RE: " I don't understand why Diamond would include sufficient numbers in their report so that their competitors can figure out precisely what their costs and margins are on their highest margin product. Seems like a bad strategy to me."

The management at Diamond is a bit rattled. Even as our biggest customer, they are in a very poor position to force price concessions from us.

Memory price declines will allow price relief at the retail level. There seems to be no real competition on the horizon. More board makers coming on line. Apple platform kicks in. Looking forward, we look good in Q3.

Hal

PS: Banshee is short term icing on the cake. I predict $0.65 in Q3. We could do just under $3.00 this year. At 10x EPS, thats a fair $30 per share (or more) in six months. HR
