BILL told me that in the LEC billing business they have but one
competitor which is privately held with the market share being
60/40. This is a business growing about 15% per year with the
kicker being that BILL's business could grow much faster when the
RBOC's are allowed into long distance because BILL already has
agreements with a couple of them to provide billing services.

The smaller and faster growing part of BILL's business is the
convergent billing business (only 10-15% of revenues last year).

BILL indicated that most of the suspensions have been lifted so
this problem will prove temporary. Perhaps it will take time for
Wall Street to regain confidence in the estimates but it is a cheap
stock if they meet their estimates.
