As I said Deb, I meant no flame. You are not the only one I see trying to figure out what is going on. If You knew what You were doing then I am happy for You as You know where You stand with the warrants. I felt that what I posted needed to be posted for anybody who did not understand what warrants are. And that is, Warrants are not stock in a company. Only a right to do something at a given time for a given purpose.

Debbie....Et.Al... Would it be fair/or more to the point possible for MIDL to institute an X -date for SOR of the W's? In other words those share holders that owned W's at, say 7/7/98 could exercise their W's at the current $.50 price at any time, (taking into consideration the guidelines that pertain to exercising W's already). Anyone who purchased W's after the x-date would pay a "new" exercise price, of say..$2.00 ? Concept? Idea? Thought? Don't know, but would/could it help ease the pain of the "johnny come late-lies" that want to purchase W'S at their current low low price?

Thinking out loud..
