BSR. Question for you. If 6 mil. shares have been bought up by a fund, Isn't this over the 4.5 points allowed by the TSE. The fund must be declared publicly.

6 mil is the equivalent to 17 points of the outstanding paper in ANZ. The declaration would come out at 1.7 mil of ANZ paper bought up.
