Decided to close my position on ROS at the close today. My reasoning is that after the administration "ordered" the IMF to go ahead and make the loans, the situation in Russia is much more grave than I had anticipated. This evening on CNN some comentators including former FED member Lindsey gave a quite negative assessment of the economies in Asia. The one year MINFIN 3 bond closed at 18.56% well above the 15% several days ago. see bradynet.com Price of oil seems to be the key. BWDIK Haim
