Christine, Tonight I barbecued T-Bone steaks. Yum Yum. When the boys saw the red juice coming out from the bone as the steaks sizzled on the grill, I explained to them that it was blood from the animal just like theirs and mine. I don't think it bothered them and I know it didn't bother the cow as it was already dead. I don't see how having a salad and tofu would enlighten me any more than the delicious T-Bone!!!
