We investors of CRUS are all in a speculative mode at this point in time regarding the direction of both the company and the stock price. Remember all of the good things that have occurred over the past few weeks that I believe have changed the course from a somewhat of a dysfunctional, convoluted strategy to what appears to be one that is well thought out.

To review some of the recent positives:

1. 5 in 1 disk controller chip announced at least a quarter ahead of schedule.
2. New DSP-Based PCI audio chip.
3. Teo to be on the B of D (I am guessing that this will be positive).
4. CL jumps on the Windows CE bandwagon by developing driver support applications.
5. And most of all, David French joins CL as the new COO/President.

Number five is probably the most intriguing development of all of these. He is such a good fit with the business strategy that it is almost uncanny that they got him. Also, I have heard that Mr. French is an extremely dynamic personality, one that inspires and motivates. He also should be able to attract talent that is and has been lacking such as manufacturing leadership (Ross absolutely failed in this area) as well as marketing and Sales (maybe know we will see the fall of Alexy).

But I said it before and I will say it again, this is going to take time. Certainly the next 3 - 4 months we should all see further changes that will increase shareholder value.

Now, please, everyone, regarding the rumor about a merger/buyout. Come on. Lets get real. Use your heads. Does it really make sense? Do you think realistically Teo would settle for $15 - $18/share? Hell no he wouldn't. He has a much bigger problem than breaking even or slightly better. This guy has an ego the size of Alaska. He is not going to role over and play dead. Think about it.
