No, the preferred stock still hangs over the common. The company has a handful of other commitments, also...not the cleanest of situations. gegpw is certainly overpriced if you assume that the 5/99 expiration is the absolute truth. However, you've got to factor in the probability that the warrants will be extended...they've already been extended once, so it seems that the company is interested in seeing them get exercised. It's a decent company, actually.
