So, with debt almost doubled for AMD, shall we expect an interest expense of $35M for next quarter versus $18M this past quarter?

Also, did you notice the outstanding shares increased from 142.5M to 143.5M? Even if AMD sold these extra 1M shares at the recent high of $30, they only received $30M in cash maximum from new stock offering (like printing more money). It looks like they are holding out for another up-move in their stock to offer more shares. Watch out for the incoming K6-3, K6-4, and K7 hypes and more buy-out rumors!

Hey, AMD cannot make money going against Intel, they can certainly make money on some other way. Maybe the SEC should start to investigate AMD's propaganda, not fair to anyone competing against AMD.
