Yahoo says 80% of its float is owned by institutions and Merrill Lynch says 27%. Is it possible that they are comparing apples and oranges: Yahoo talking about the float and ML talking about total stock size (float and non-float)? Unless it's something innocent like this, then we have a situation where someone's credibility is on the line, since Softbank does not account for nearly enough of the difference. Logos
