Midland has and did take immediate responsibilty when they had the proof. Unlike this board where we exercise our freedom of speech and hindsight, Midland has to deal with the black and white provided which has all been sent to the proper authorities.

How could DF get a TA to do resolutions without the board's signatures (Notice John Spriggs is not named)? How could two brokers sell shares for the CEO one being in the same building one floor down? Yep that is right same building one floor down. There is a lot of questions that we could demand answers but what is the productive point. LOTS of people got duped. LOTS. Midland to date is doing everything they can in accordance with the laws and SEC as per the constitution we live under. Midland did not shun it's responsibilities they have acted immediate on their responsibilities.

Until someone posts a way that Midland could have known how they could have avoided this I would really like to know because all this speculation on Midland to me is not a valid point.

Now you really want a kicker the warrant exercise price reduction resolution was only signed by Dan not the board. Do you see Midland using the legal system to counter that? Dan never got approval signatures from the board on the dividend/split do you see Midland trying to use a legal way out of that? Do you see Midland doing a settlement? Better yet do you see Midland setting on their hands and using excuses that well it may take a few months to get the lawsuits filed? Do you see Midland just ignoring the shareholders by not doing a Liquidating Trust for the shareholders? Do you see Midland setting on the hands giving excuses for delaying the 8K? Do you see Midland setting on their hands and not getting out the news releases to keep shareholders informed?

Being responsible I think Midland has done far beyond that of any other corporation that has had problems. Maybe it is me but I am looking at the black and white, burden of proof, and legal options.

Now it is in fact one man and his affiliates. Go to an attorney and take him all this and all the black and white proof if you can get it and you are going to discover Midland did everything according the law and was definitely responsible.

I do not know what else they could have done other than what they have. No flame just trying to keep the facts rights.
