Great post Glenn !!

Lutz is a class act. He needs to bring a little discipline in NN and it looks like he's on his way to doing just that.

Cheers,

peppe

Guess that explains it. NN is not in play is a normal turn around with Lutz at the helm. Could be 6 months before we see a substantial change in market price. At least that is my guess.

Given this internal document, anybody got a better call?

Glenn, Thank You for the disclosure and information.

Dennis

Glenn --

The internal memo is interesting in that I've not heard the rumors about board changes meaning a change in ownership. I suppose this is to be expected especially when many networkers are rumored to be buyout targets. If you line up two or three dots, it's human nature to connect others that are even remotely close while you're at it.

I like Alan Lutz's style. Clear, decisive, to the point.

No one has explained the changes in Siemens' U.K. structure as it relates to NN, so I'm assuming it has no significance, other than to indicate the two companies are strengthening their ties.

Later --

Pat

Now that's why I read this thread - to get the stuff I can't get elsewhere. Good show, Glenn.

Too bad the rumours couldn't have percolated a bit more though - it would have been nice to crack $40 (CDN) again!
