Another thought on the 500,000 shares.

Maybe it wasn't RNTK that approached ITN/ES about the deal. Perhaps it was ITN/ES (which has better connections to RNTK management than we do) which approached RNTK. ITN/ES may have offered RNTK a chance to get in on the solar technology, otherwise they would go somewhere else. ITN/ES may view RNTK stock as having a great chance for near term appreciation and thus want more of it.

Or, RNTK and ITN/ES may have been working on this deal for several months. The dollar value may have been worked out months ago, and it was based on a variable number of shares depending on RNTK's stock price. ITN/ES may have placed a deadline on the deal (June 30th). RNTK may have assumed the TX deal would be done by now, and their stock would have gone up. Since it hasn't, RNTK had to issue more shares than they would have liked.

I also see some merit in the slightly negative arguments previously mentioned. I would sleep better knowing if the shares are in any way restricted, so that we don't get half a million dumped into the open market.
