My questions is how do you repossess a company and what do you get back when you do? Usually when you repossess a house, car etc. it's been trashed. Maybe I'm off base here, has Medix or Banyon been managing these companies since the deals were made. Besides all that, it always seemed odd to me that they sold off assetts not once but twice to Banyon and now we find out that Banyon was never following through with their end of the bargain. IMHO something stinks I just don't know what, but I bet it would stink a lot worse if I were a Banyon shareholder. Roy (just rambling)
