VPRO has 700,000 shares floating. Today 2/3 of the float shares have changed hands. This made me wonder if this is such a good company, why people does not want to keep the shares. If not that many people are trading, may be more shares have floated into the market. Otherwise, with 700,000 in float, the share price should have rise to $3.00 at this time. Be careful out there.

The following is a portion of the most recent "Blivit Alert", which was published in The Napeague Letter <http://www.napeague.com> on Monday.

Sometimes I'm amazed at the arguments that are put forward to convince the unwary. For instance, on Thursday night, July 9th, I received the following from "EmergingStock":

"Viropro, Inc. (OTC BB- VPRO) today announced that a revolutionary insecticide designed to protect trees from the ravages of fire ants, gypsy moths and other destructive insects, has successfully completed a full year of testing at the University of Florida and now the Company is applying for EPA product registration before beginning to market the product nationally."

"Throughout the Southeast and Florida especially, fire ants pose a significant -- and at times deadly -- problem for farmers and other residents. For citrus farmers, the ants nest in the trees where they feed on the fruit and make it extremely hazardous for pickers to, literally, gather the fruits of their labor."

Actually it sounded like a pretty good story until I asked myself, "Do fire ants nest in trees?"

Well...actually it appears that they do not. An internet search of sites provided by the University of Arkansas and Clemson revealed that fire ants live under ground, in mounds. There is no mention whatsoever of them nesting in trees. In fact, an article on fire ants from the University of Texas went a step farther, indicating that "The oils in citrus peels are toxic to fire ants."

On Friday morning, after the e-mail message of the night before, VPRO opened sharply up at $1.25 on high volume, after having remained quietly below $.75 for the preceding several days. By noon however, it had sagged off to around $.80, where it appears to have come to rest.

VPRO appears to be a fully-reporting company by virtue of its "reverse-merger" with a marginally-operational gourmet coffee company formerly named Food Concepts.

Oh yes - the lengthy disclaimer at the end of the write-up states that "EmergingStock received two hundred thousand dollars for the dissemination of this report and other services provided."
