If the site is way off and they can't meet there time lines then, yes, they need a pr firm to put the proper "spin" on what is going, or perhaps they could just give us the facts in press releases. But, if the site and com srvc is imminent, then why waste money on pr? Just get it done and move on. I hope the latter is the actual scenario. I recall a prev post quotion MS that a weekend wouldn't go by without seeing the new web site. Well...its Friday!
