Let me ask a dumb question. Have you ever tried to look at the mutual funds and do a sensitivity analysis to determine an optimum blend of buy safe and sell safe?

I've tried it on a few stocks and the "optimum" result was a few percentage points higher that the 10/10 suggested area in some cases.

Just a thought. Remember I've only tried this on a few stocks.

Nice job, SAM, I've used a slightly lower Sell SAFE of 8% on occasion with conservative mutuals, but the main idea is to have the distance between the Buy and Sell SAFE values be about 10% for most mutuals. Any more band width than that tends to miss too many buys. Some sector funds could probably stand a bit more SAFE range, however.

Best regards and keep up the good work.
