Bill,
All of your points are valid and we did to a certain point get taken for a ride by Dan and Midland by default as they allowed Fisher and Spriggs to freely utilize all aspect of the Midland Corporation.

I posted many times what Fisher told to me on this and Arcon threads, Gary and many others we told the same apparent mistruths.

I have learned many lessons from my Midland experiance as they say: fool me once shame on you, but fool twice shame on me.

Once bitten twice learned, This is the second time for this stock, Never again for me!

Good luck to all and remember sometimes the piper is whisling one tune when it really another that orchestrating the music.

Regards

Jeff

To wlcnyc... mouth full of wisdom, well stated. There are some on this thread who flame others in an effort to control and still the voice of others. Those who can and do think for themselves are aware of this. I am glad you have chosen to speak your mind, it takes courage to do so on this thread.

Will the real person who drafted or edited many of the press releases for Midland / Arcon please stand up and be counted?

Dusty

Thanks for your Post Bill:

What a wonderful gang on this thread...every one of you. The learning process never ends in investments, life, love and war and our relationship to God.

Quiet reserved me has always and still enjoys a challenge. I am excited about what I learn each day through each of you and through my own thought triggering...

It is not contradictory for me to be encouraged by the immediate future of Midland while still agreeing with you and others on Midland's past responsibility to its stockholders. And then I join with so many others:

AS I LOOK IN THE REAR VIEW MIRROW, I SEE MYSELF IN THE DRIVER'S SEAT (IN INVESTMENTS)

FOR THE MOMENT MY CALIFORNIA COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE, APPROVED FOR ANY DIESEL TRUCK-TRAILER COMBINATION ON THE ROAD, DID NOT QUARANTEE THE PROPER DESTINATION. THE MAP WAS MISLABLED.

I HAVE MORE TRUST IN THE NEW MIDLAND MAP ISSUED BY NEW LEADERS.

Let's put the pedal to the metal and climb the mountain ahead, let's roll.

Diesel smoke, dangerous curves, go Jake (or stop Jake),

Marshall

Such is life in the far west as a logging truck driver. As I said, I like challenges but not out of control ones
