If there was some serious talk of a buyout soon, I highly doubt we'd still be at $1 1/8. Not holding my breath.

Skarloey. I am not sure what to make of BUYOUT rumor. Shareholder wealth will depend on whether the buyer buys TPI's assets or buys their stock.. Depends on what Century Scan 2000, embedded chip business, Vertex deal and Groupware are worth.. Are they worth more split up..?? Maybe??? To tuff to tell from here. Maybe co. is worth 1.12??? Its an efficient market right???

Somewhat aggressive CPA Bonz. Check my other posts TPI is about the safest and most conservative!!:)))
