Oh no! Praying to the buyout Gods now!

I'm definitely not a experienced investor but from my short time doing
it the one thing I've learned is patience can be rewarded. Anyone
who has held thru these .80 manipulations should not sell now. The
basic employee count increasing from 34 to 64 tells me this company
is growing even though these are contracts. The key here is
potential. On the downside the company could go bankrupt and we
would lose $1.18 per share. Does anyone here feel that this
companies sales will not materialize and at least keep them in
business. But the UPSIDE is why we all placed money here. If this
stock takes off which I think it can, no one can predict or guess
what upside potential their is for TPII. I won't predict another TAVA
because that would be foolish but what I do know is that this
market is huge. Their business focus post Y2K is solid and this
stock has the potential to make the LONGS very, very happy.

>>If there was some serious talk of a buyout soon, I highly doubt we'd still be at $1 1/8.<<

Don't be so sure about this. ATT recently bought TCOMA, yet the stock didn't run much prior to the news. WCOM buying MCIC; DIS investing in SEEK; tons of bank mergers - all these are companies much larger, and with a much greater following, than little TPI, yet the market only knew about these deals after they were announced.

TPI is negotiating to be purchased by a well-known, publicly-traded, US-based Information Services company. This is what I've been told.

Look at the stock price! What's the downside, folks? It's at $1!!! Buy shares now and you should make a nice return within two weeks.

This will be my last post on this stock. It's not SOESable, so I really don't care what it does. I only posted this information as a courtesy.
