For the record at noon bid/ask was $195/198. I called Schwab and they said trades were going through at $192.50/$195 with volume "brisk".

Bush,

I agree with your assessment completely. Like MSFT, SAP's senior management is constantly trying to guide down the analysts estimates, for fear the inflated stock price might harm the stock (and the company) in the long run. I think this is quite commendable.

I personally don't think--intuitively, that is--SAP will miss its numbers for the second quarter. Time will tell.
