And you don't understand why you are not taken seriously? Why was it okay for him to have a BOARD position 3 months ago, but today it is inappropriate for him to edit a news release?
I know of NO legit company in business who would even consider allowing a shareholder, no matter how many shares they held to take part in company business. Drafting or editing Press Releases is clearly a company function performed by a paid employee who is privy to inside information that has yet to be released to the investing public; not a "private investor."
That shows how little you actually do know. There are scores of services in just the Atlanta phone book that provide such services. They edit the structure, grammar, and spelling of press releases and many other types of documents. They are not responsible for the content. (That would be like saying that Business Wire would be responsible for the content of news releases it puts on the wire, which is nuts) There is absolutely nothing that says the people who write or edit the releases cannot be shareholders in the stock. Again, nuts. The law states that they cannot trade based on insider information. Not that they cannot trade, nor that they cannot have insider information. Simply that tbey cannot trade based on that information. Do you really think that these people do not own some of the stocks of companies who are their clients? Heck, many of the PR and IR firms are PAID with the stock!

I am so sick and tired of the broken record "Somebody is flaming me" crap. If somebody is flaming you, flame back, ignore them, or just shut up, but this whining is way too much.
How can I make this any clearer....If you want to dig to the cows come home, knock yourself out. I agree with you that there very well could be more to know. I do not think anyone has tried to tell any other person that they should not investigate this. But just because some people on this thread will not join you in your witch hunt does not mean that we are trying to hide anything or discourage others from learning what they can.
I remember not too long ago, you sent me a PM asking me for Gary's home address because you wanted to show your appreciation for "all the help he has given you." However, he gets a little snippy with you on a post, and the next thing we see is you making a posts with Bender insinuating wrongdoing on his part.
Well, Dusty, did you tell any people about this stock? You can say whatever you want but what you cannot deny is that you were right here with all of us all along posting the same DD. Was it wrong of you to do so? Of course not, because you were posting what you believed to be the truth. So WHY is it so wrong for Gary to post what he believed to be the truth as well?
I hope you find the answers you are looking for, and sooner rather than later too. God knows the true longterm holders of this stock are getting a little tired of the whiners. We ALL lost money here. I don't hear Gary blaming anyone who furnished him with DD for his misfortune. (with the exception of Fisher, who was the original source and creator of the DD)
You made reference to maturity in one of your previous posts, and I almost had to laugh. I don't know about you, but to me, maturity means accepting responsibility for one's own actions. So why are you trying to insinuate that others on this thread played a role in your actions?
Since you are so intent on digging up Gary's dirt, I will make it easier for you. Were you aware that he in 1986 took a Boy Scout Troup under his wing, and spent about 25,000 of his own money on making this troup work and keeping these kids in school and off dope? And his own son was not even old enough to be in the troup! This troup received a National Quality Unit award from BSA, and the lives of these kids were forever changed for the better. The Atlanta Chapter of Toys For Tots benefited from his giving nature, as he is known for hosting an annual black tie gala, again at his own personal expense, and asking only for a toy donation. Various social welfare organizations have benefited from his generosity as well. What about a man who used to buy tickets to plays and give them to high schools to give as prizes to encourage kids to write. He did several co-op programs with local high schools. He developed the Georgia New Light on Education program, which was later changed to the Parker award, when the first recipient, Melanie Parker, was tragically killed 2 weeks after winning it. In addition, he is associated with the Atlanta Shakespere Society, where in London, he was written on the AP because he performed for free in the Globe Theater. He has been written up in the Atlanta paper and on local television more times than I can remember for his philantrapic ways.
I could go on and on forever about his nature, and have probably said more about him here than he would like, but I will be damned if I am going to sit here and let you assasinate the character of someone when I KNOW BETTER!
One thing I can say about Gary is that he is consistent, and you always know where you stand with him. UNLIKE some others I know, who speak of Board Seats one day, and no right to edit a press release the next.
Regardless of what you may say, I am convinced that Gary is an honest person with no ulterior motives, again, unlike some others we know.
Again, maybe it is just me, but I would prefer to stick with someone who I know has a record of GOOD, rather than someone who has openly stabbed "friends" in the back.
