I did not realize the IRS implications! I am an independent consultant in another industry and have never run into any company or IRS problems; knock on wood.

I stand corrected and before I post "rant" in the future, I will conduct more research into the situation. It just seemed to me that MSFT is backing legislation that would not be beneficial to the overall workplace by displacing employee loyalty.
