The name controversy is pretty much irrelevant. It is a pain, but the legal standard is whether or not the investing public would be confused by the name similarity. Now, I think that on here, we have pretty much agreed that such confusion would most likely exist, but it is not like PRWT has any investment in that name. The outcome of the lawsuit would not be damages, it would not be to prevent the business from running. It would be an injunction telling them not to use that name. So then what does PRWT do? Simple, chose another name. It is that simple.
