I found the pr person on the Yahoo board and called. I asked why they wanted to sell the company, and he said the owners(venture capital) wanted to realize a greater return on their investment for themselves and shareholders. He says programs are working well..of course would not reveal who bidders are...he hoped that they would continue along the same lines. your info is probably better.
