Introduction Market Data Compact

This co. has a system for testing feul emmissions and has very lucrative government contracts in many states and growing. It is also being supported by the EPA and is expanding internationally. The co. has announced it is for sale and it is rumoured that bids are on the table. Does anyone have any information or comments about this stock and its prospects?
