The June 30 filing refers to the mandatory 2nd quarter financial report due to the SEC. By law, the company has 45 days from the end of the quarter to submit this report.

The VideoPhone is manufactured by a company in Canada, name escapes me now (I posted back a week or two the name). I know the thread is getting out of hand (as far as the number of posts) but if you go back to about the dates on the PR's, you might find some info. I think the videoPhones in this application will be placed in mortgage offices here and overseas.
