YES, I agree. Be careful what you wish for...

I think the point of the FP article was simply that, where and when criminal behaviour exists, (for instance, Libel)...the courts are not too keen about sanctioning a hiding place for it.

Criminal behaviour, however, is a different category than informed or uninformed opinion.

Needless to say, my remarks above are generalities that have nothing to do with the specifics referred to in the article.

I think all of us would like to think that we have protection against criminal attacks...no matter where they occur!
