Your kidding I hope....did you read the report? Not only are they going to miss the quarter, but AMAT said orders for next 2Q's were "significantly" below orders from the last 2Q's, and basically that the semi equipment industry is much worse shape than anyone had thought.

While I sat day trading in my home office this week I was hearing that a number of brokerage houses were adding AMAT to their "special value" list and "priority" list, and I was sitting there saying WHY? WHY? These idiot ANALysts need to be taken out and shot, they are worthless. I am asking myself the same question regarding positive comments about Micron Technology this week, what these fools are looking at I have no idea.

I look for AMAT to break support at $27, bounce a day or so, then slowly drift below $25, and which time I will buy a few shares....
