I called Karen at WACC and asked her if they closed on property. She said that a PR will be released early next week that's all she would say. I can't imagine them having a PR unless they have closed on property. I called the day before and spoke to Maureen and she indicated everything was on track. Lets hope the lawyers did their job.

Dave, did you ever get an answer from Stockwiz on the share numbers?? Also, the Yahoo thread for WACC seems to have disappeared.
