(NASDAQ NM: OCOM) today announced it has closed on its $3.125 million in financing to support continued operations. This was completed through an agreement with two institutional investors, affiliated parties, members of Objective's Board of Directors as well as the new and existing management of the Company. The Company has the right to repay substantially all of the debentures within 90 days. Terms of this agreement will be released in a Form 8-K.
