Alberto,
you could not be more correct, MM's are the only ones making money at this point. Intra day fluctuations from 7/8 to 2.25 are nonsense and a sign that a lot of people do not understand that placing market orders IS NOT THE WAY to play their game. Based on today's volume, I figure that MMs made about $20-25,000 just by taking advantage of the ignorant (to put it mildly).

I have had buy orders in at $1 for days and so far have not gotten a single share.

This is simply legalized rape and creates nothing but bad feelings towards the company. Those who sold at 7/8 and those who bought at 2.25 are equally p... off! Yes, it might be their own fault by placing market orders but let's keep one thing in mind: Most of these people are used to trading in a supply and demand market and are consequently not familiar with pink sheets and the games MMs are playing.

In my books MMs have no interest in getting us off the pinks (they are making way too much money) and without them we won't get off them.
They are the ones who have to submit documentation (K8, K10, K.. who knows what) in order for us to to get off this pink s...t ... and they won't do it unless somebody steps on their toes and we all know who these somebodies will have to be.

This is one issue that can and should be discussed amongst this group; others are not and we all agree.

We have been silent long enough!

Hello Everyone
Albetro, just a point of discussion but I am not sure what you are upset about here. MM's work that way, I have both bought and sold this stock to end up with a net gain in number of certificates, maybe I got some of yours ggggg. I have seen your name on other threads so you must realize in a Market Maker system, pinko or otherwise, the MM is the one doing the buying or selling. The bid is what he is paying, the ask is what he is selling for. If you are involved with Intel same rules apply. If you do better than the bid or ask, depending on your transaction then, bully for you. From what I see you are one of the few selling, do not take any of this personal it is not intended that way, but when you are done (I hope it is soon) we should see an increase in stock price on that alone. Best of luck in your future endeavors. The MM's are making peanuts on this stock boys, look at yhoo trades 8 mil+/day same rules apply.

Sincerly
Darrell
