Operationaly things looks in order. That is worth something. A partner will like this. A ready to go product with delivery. And a hot market. And some good development ideas to boot.

Management knows they failed in marketing. I read through the lines and at least feel good they are admitting it and moving on. Only one tactic that matters in their stated strategy (The partner).

Boy am I relieved!!!

BigKNY3,

I hope for the sake of us Vivus shareholders that Wilson or at least a few board members reads this SI thread and reads your message which basically sums everything up. My biggest problem was that I bought Vivus based on the product without understanding nor knowing how bad the management was. I learned that it doesn't matter how good a product is even in the light of competition. If you don't know how to sell your product then nothing else really matters.

kahuna,

Although we have had our disagreements there has been one thing we have always agreed on:

All the missed opportunities this company had thanks to Wilson.
