Craig, You and George keep making reference to Brocade having apparently developed a way of connecting private loop to fabric. I haven't got the slightest clue as to what any of that means, nor am I asking you for an explanation. What I would like to know is what is wrong with the 'standard'? Why is Ancor using it and Brocade and Arexel using something different? Is the standard not the way to go? I have been reading your observations for several days about this idea. I will never understand this technology, but why deviate from the standard? Roger
