This thread is obviously open to anyone and is generally self-regulating. All opinions are welcomed, provided they are made with the right spirit in mind.

What annoys me is that some posters on this thread regularly (without naming names) seem to post negative opinions simply for the sake of posting negative opinions. And I have to wonder what their motivation is? I can understand a Claude Cormier who come from a purely geological background but making hypothetical accusations of fraud is another matter.

Are they trying to "talk" the stock down for their own "short term" plays?

Please all, keep posting but at least construct a logical argument, whatever your position is!

Regards,
Joe

P.S. Colleen, you trooper you, you're showing no signs of battle fatigue yet!

OFF TOPIC: Jury rigged arena for PAN AM game preliminaries.

Hi Colleen. It was quite a weekend. The arena was a hockey arena. It was converted to a stable to house approx. 20 horses. This site, Maples community centre was chosen for the Pentathalon because of its other facilities (Sp?)i.e. participants must run, swim, fence, shoot and ride horses (jumping). The jumps ranged in height from 3 to 4 feet. Horse type ranged from warm bloods to hot bloods; all types but excellent horses.

And as far as I am concern the women were far better riders than the men!! Some of the men out there didn't deserve to be on these horses. Their riding ability was terrible. Felt sorry for the horses. Saturday was very hot, but the horses were well cared for throughout the meet. They constantly kept cool through the use of limited ice baths for their feet, ice baths for any over heated region of the body, and periodic hosing downs. They had servants at their beck and call (myself included).:) Hope this satisfies your questions. The other equestrian events take place just outside of Winnipeg.
