>>>That is being talked about elsewhere, and once again is for only shareholders of RMIL.<<<

Riley,

You are contributing greatly to this company's violation of public disclosure rules. In spite of the trading halt, this company is still a "publically traded company." There is no such thing as a PRIVATE shareholder offer unless it is a offshore 144. Of course, you are the lawyer here.....so what do I know?

TC

While you were on suspension you must have PMed me 25 to 30 times discussing the "private" offer to shareholders, among other things. Of course my comment was to Ellen and I didn't really want any answer from her it was just a rhetorical question really. Nice of you to answer for her though are you two in cahoots, do you PM each other, E-Mail, phone? Conspiracy ! Fraud ! Guilty! Go to jail do not pass Go ! Do not collect $100.00. I see you sidestepped the questions about your participation in the pump and dump of TVSI while now declaring you never owned shares during that time. Hmmmmmmm

Riley, don't you think Shorters would be concerned about the company's shareholder letter? If I was a non-long-shareholder which I'm not, but had a significant Short position here, I would be extremely interested in every move the company and shareholders make since this could have a dramatic affect on the Short position. So it makes sense to me that these non-long-shareholders need to be here posting relentless negative comments and constantly trying to get the company in trouble with the SEC because of that huge Short position. I don't see these cast of characters on other threads where shareholders have been harmed and that makes sense since there is no danger of a Short Squeeze there.
