flickerful, the registration means that it is possible that a lot of shares will be available over the next few weeks or months. Much more than the normal few thousand shares trading daily recently. Sometimes, "rallies" are created to distribute these shares, in other circumstances, the stock has cratered. I think it may depend to some extent on the flow of good news IELSF can create. I am still waiting on the sidelines, I thought I would reenter at my last major entry point (it was 2-5/8 and yesterday we hit 2-3/4 for the first time in quite some time), but in view of this registration, I will be more patient and see if the yearly low (2.125) holds before I make a commitment.
