...or approximately .46 to .47 DR shares per TSDQ share. If the DR shares sell at $10, that's $4.60 per TSQD share. (The % is totally meaningless.) If TSQD shares then sell at 4 5/8, TSQD's current business is a throw-in when you buy the stock. Last I looked, TSQD's current business was growing quite well, thank you.

This is the question that all investors will ask! Get used to it. Personally, I have answered this question 100 times already and created a copy and paste answer for it. if you two want to create a 2 person group of "Iknow everything about TSQD" and talk among yourselves then go ahead. Doc, this seems out of character for you, but maybe I figured you wrong. Bash away, but you two hot heads deserve it. Step down from the pedistal that only you have created.
