Thank you Frank for coming here and making this statement. I am looking forward to the future of this company and could care less what some jokers have to say about FTEL. I, like many, sometimes have to remind myself to be patient. But I have decided to hang in there for the long haul and have put my shares in the closet for now.
I also appreciate the more frequent updates on the web page.

Thank You, Frank Peters

Extremely grateful for your post on this thread, along with your clarification and intentions!

I personally took high note of these excerpts:

"In response to the misleading and tainted information recently brought to my attention by concerned shareholders, I have officially directed our corporate counsel to file for a subpoena requesting the true identity of certain individuals from Silicon Investor. This is part of an on-going investigation to determine whether there has been a deliberate attempt by individuals or groups to influence or manipulate the trading of Franklin Telecommunications Corporation's stock.

We will prosecute, to the full extent of the law, anybody attempting to injure our company through slander, libel or manipulation of the market in such a way as to prevent the free and natural trading of our stock-especially when this might result in damage to our shareholders.

One last thing I want to share with you: I am still, by a wide margin, the largest shareholder in Franklin Telecom. I have stopped the 144 automatic filings because it has given the impression I was selling stock. I did this because I thought the price would be well over $10 at which point I would have sold a bit. I haven't sold a single share since January. With the prices at the current level, I have instructed my broker to buy more. You could say I don't actually need more Franklin stock, but I believe in putting my money where my mouth is-and in this case, I have a high degree of confidence that my investment is going to pay off."

Mr. Peters, Many thanks for the post it is very much appreciated. I am a shareholder who is not afraid to admit that they were not happy (sic) to see the 144 filed in Jan (especially its timing, even though I kew it was filed automatically). I was therefore very pleased to see the final lines of your post.

Dear Mr.Peters

We all acknowledge the things that Franklin has done in the past.
We also acknowledge all the things We see Franklin doing in the
present.
We acknowled the things that you have shared with us that encompasses
the future dreams soon to be brought to reality by a most competent
management team of telecom professionals.

You don't need to be Tough Frank To be a great businessman,
You don't need to be a businessman to be tough,
But It helps to be both some of the time.

I thank you for the show of confidence in the removal of the auto filling and the fact that the management will be buying more shares back. That with all the great things that are in store I am sure will soon lift the value of our hard earned investment and our spirits as well.

In Closing Mr.Peters Some would go so far as to say that the management and officers of a company such as Franklin should or would not defend itself from outside manipulation via the world wid web and the cyber medium,But as you have seen and from what I and others know and have provided evidence and various links to some info and other incidents proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that this does indeed occur and is as wide spread as the day is long,My conviction is that Franklin should at The very soonest file civil lawsuits on the various named indivuals and seek punative and libelous damages. As a substantial holder and investor in Franklin I emplore you to make a definative and unmovable stance against slanderous and libelous
accusations in the criminal attemp to manipulate the Stock of Franklin.

THANK YOU Mr. PETERS

Mr. Peters: As a shareholder for many years, and one who has
bought more on many occasions, including last week, I was
very excited, to say the least, at reading post #35862. I have
never completely understood all the technological things you
have in the works, but I am savvy enough to know they did
sound impressive. I will admit that there have been times when
doubtful thoughts have crept into my mind, but I have always
gone to your homepage and reread your message and would
always get reinspired. There is nothing quite like reading it direct
from the horse's mouth on SI, and I do want you to know that I
appreciate it, and it is comforting to know that you DO care about
your shareholders. I know that there are many who have been
freightened out of their investment because of the negative posts
they have read on this thread, and that is very unfortunate. I
have convinced many of my friends over the years to pick up
shares of Franklin, and I am sure they have doubted me when I
have told them recently to hang in there.
We will all be anxiously awaiting the day the switch is turned
on. Thank you again for lifting our spirits.

Mr. Peters, Your saber rattling and chest pounding response is very unusual. Most CEO's let their rev's growth and profits speak for them but in this case I guess you have no choice. Additionally, informing us that you're a buyer at these levels and expected the stk to be at 10 is another way for the CEO to pump and dump. However, since you opened the forum, can you please tell us about any problems with the IPgateway that's you've encountered? And I don't mean additional feature requests-lol.

Frank, As a long time shareholder of FTEL, I thank you for your recent
post. I find it reassuring that you have taken the time to speak to some shareholder concerns.

I would like to thank you also for your vision to have Franklin positioned to take advantage of the Global IP Telephony opportunities
that exist at this time. With the first class leadership team you have
assembled we should be on the cutting edge as IP Telephony accelerates
in the near future!

In view of the recent progress and news from WLV, I now begin to understand the need for the massive capacity of the OC-24 cable
that you had installed in August 1996. Talk about vision and planning,
to me that says it all.

Thanks, and may our fiber always be near capacity!

Dear Frank Peters, you did not, as I recall, identify yourself. Are you the Frank Peters who is CEO of FTEL?

Your letter sounds like hot air. We will see how much money your company loses in the upcoming quarters. Last quarter you lost about $ 1.4 million. How much cash do you have? At that rate how long will your cash last? Will you have another private placement when funds get low?

You appear to despise me for stating your recent record? How recent is recent? Is five years too recent for you?

Were you talking more than six years ago? FTEL has not had revenues of over $ 2.6 million since before 1992 ! Why are you talking about $ 50,000,000 in revenues from way back when. That was WAY then and this is now, isn't it?

Please review the following revenue/net income loss which I compiled for your convenience:

Frank your dreams verse reality seem to be at odds. You can sue me. You can argue with me, but the future will either vindicate me or not.

Tyranny thrives in ignorance and only if it it has a heavy enough hand to quiet the freedom of speech. When that speech is honest, but embarrassing, it should never be denied its voice.

Frank, what happened to the Intrine order? Where is the storm of sales from the demos?

I might also add that to blame me for FTEL's stock drop is pathetic.

<<For example I have recently been made aware of a message that stated Franklin Telecommunications Corp. has reinvented itself for years and years, coming up with little or nothing to show for it.>>

You seem to agree with me that Franklin is reinventing itself, and yet you have a problem with that statement?

Look at your past record for the last six years ! Your revenues are small. You haven't made money in all those years. You continue to disappoint us via the Intrine order (did you sell some stock around the period of that announcement. The price hit ten dollars around that time).

What happened to the FNET IPO. I was expecting that last year, or this year by June 30th.

What about the private placement holdings? Do you think the dynamics of that are increasing supply and making the stock go lower?

Frank, why didn't you include an e-mail address directly to your company? Why didn't you specifically state the you are CEO of Franklin?

Frank, I doubt the CEO of a corportation would want to start a public debate. If you want to do something like sue me, I suggest that you do it first and then announce it second. Are you just hoping that your threats will make your stock go up (whoever you are)?

Frank, the truth won't be denied. I will now take steps to insure that more information on FTEL is released. If you think I release anything incorrect, please state so and I will be glad to correct it, as I usually do. I don't ever remember getting an e-mail from you.

A post like this only encourages selling your stock.

I had never heard of your company before this, and have no position in it. If you feel the need to fight those who have a negative opinion of your company with legal action instead of sales and profits, you are a fool.

I am an institutional investor and professional short seller. If your stock was marginable, you would be on the top of my list for due diligence for shorting. Good management focuses on the business.

Take care of your company, and the stock price will take care of itself.

Frank and All,

As I'm usually the bearer of bad news, Im sure you'll like this. I could not believe what I was hearing. I got in my car this evening about 5:30 est, I normally listen to WFAN AM 660 ( New York ), which is a very popular sports station. At any rate about 5:40 an ad comes on and lo & behold, it's Fnet, as I'm sure you know, the ad was two parents talking to their child, encouraging her to make international long distance calls. The ad spoke of the rates and savings, and needless to say, even I was impressed. It was done very well,( possibly could have mentioned the number more often ).

The time of day and the station you choose were even well planned and so was it's content. The long & short of it was no less than impressive. Excellent move Frank.

Good Luck, You certainly got my attention and turned my head with that ad,

Best Regards,

Tom
